Lestat Paint & Concrete Project in Portland
Ms. Lestat is a 48-year-old disabled woman who lost her husband at just 39. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy and, as an immunocompromised individual, is unable to keep up with the maintenance of her home.
Back in May, we had planned to complete a number of much-needed projects for her, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate. Even so, the Catalyst team was able to accomplish several key tasks: repairing damaged fencing and gates, removing overgrown blackberries, tackling some landscaping, and handling a few small handyman fixes.
Now, we’re heading back to finish the job—this time to paint the exterior of her home and create a safe, accessible pathway from her driveway to the side yard gate.
