Ballou Roof Project in Milaukie

Mr. Ballou is a 70-year-old disabled widower who has lived in his home for the past 43 years. Over time, his home has fallen into disrepair, and he recently reached out to Catalyst for help. Due to his physical limitations, he is no longer able to maintain the home on his own. His daughter and grandchildren also live in the home, making this need even more urgent.

Mr. Ballou is in desperate need of a new roof. This project will include a full plywood removal and replacement, along with necessary structural repairs to the barge rafters. His current roof is approximately 30 years old and has a significant leak affecting part of the home. Thanks to the partnership of Sunset Church and Shepherd’s Door, we will be able to provide Mr. Ballou with a safe, secure, and leak-free roof for years to come.
